When I first heard about the ¨Ice Hack¨, my initial reaction was disbelief - how could it be real?

But I'm so glad I gave it a chance, because the results have been incredible!

Not only for myself, but for everyone I know who has tried it.

At the beginning of my twenties, I was absolutely gorgeous and attractive to all men.

But after my second pregnancy, I was having difficulty trying to maintain my curves.

Before I became pregnant, I was a healthy 139 lbs.

After the pregnancy, I was up to 275 lbs.

I was determined to get my shape back, so I decided to give the ¨Ice Hack¨ a try.

I began my journey to a healthier lifestyle by going to the gym regularly, drinking plenty of water, exercising more, and cutting back on calories.

Every morning, I put in 90 minutes of cardio exercises, such as jogging on a treadmill, using the elliptical, and doing squats. It was challenging, yet I was determined to reach my goal of getting back to 139 pounds.

Despite my efforts, the numbers on the scale didn't seem to be budging.

My husband's lack of attention and the fading closeness between us made me realise that it was time to make a change or be stuck in the same place forever.

So I decided to take action and make a commitment to getting fit and healthy.


I ran into my friend Lizzy for the first time in years while I was out shopping and she looked incredible - so different from the Lizzy I used to know!

In her skinny jeans and tight top, I almost didn't recognise her. I exclaimed in surprise and asked her how she managed to transform herself.

She laughed and explained that she had heard about a "Simple Ice Hack" and sent me the same video she watched.

The misterious Ice Hack only takes 5 seconds to do each evening, and it starts working to revive the body while you sleep. At first, I was sceptical, but after seeing the results for Lizzy, I decided to give it a try!

I can't believe it! It works like magic!

I can hardly believe it! After starting with the Ice Hack at 205 pounds, I am now down to 138 pounds without doing any exercise.

It's incredible! I was still able to eat all of my favorite foods, and it was incredibly simple. I plan on spending the rest of my life sharing about my life-changing experience.

Even though exercise is important, I am amazed at how I was able to reclaim by body!

Now, I actually WANT to go to the gym, and seeing the video that my friend Lizzy showed me before my transformation started is still mind-blowing.

It really does work like magic!
